I live on a small island near Spain in the Mediterranean sea where I have a little AV studio (all SONY of course...lol )...to make a long story short, was looking for a small notebook and came across some of them on ebay a few years ago but at that time still expensive even on ebay! That changed a few months ago with buying a broken one ending up with 7 ! In my opinion still a state of the art product ! That is probably also why they did cost almost 3000$ when they came out! I am also a technician and I just fell in love with them. I am now trying to make them competitive with some newer models, if you take all in consideration certainly with the new SSD's that are now available and the fact that a new one is far more expensive I am convinced you think twice before you make a decision. I accumulate all TR models, they are then totally dismantled and refurbished with the best parts. I offer an option for anybody to choose what is opportune for them. The BASIC package starts with a fully working motherboard & BIOS but without Hard disk, CD/DVD, Memory or Battery. From there on you can choose the parts you want in it. Please calculate before buying what you have to pay for the additional parts then send me a mail and I will confirm so it can be paid additional with Paypal. All the notebooks are tested and in perfect working condition.
Any order of Windows OS will include the following software installed and a copy on DVD.including WXP-SP3, Standard VAIO software, MS RegClean, AVAST Antivirus,Spybot, RegCure, Acrobat 6.0, Qucktime, Mozilla, VLC, DivX, To install any other specified software on request is no problem.
